Mike and I went there one day and really enjoyed it - it is near Jurupa. We took the kids another day. They enjoyed it but there were times MacKenzie didn't like the ducks - or the nasty old turtle as she called it, ha.

Jake wanted out, he wanted to run around, ....I think next time we go it will be without kids.

I taught Mac to tie her shoes a couple weeks ago and it's nice now that I don't have to bend down and do it, ha.

Jake will use anything to mimic talking on the phone. Here he was calling his mom to tell her hello. Sometimes he will even use packets of sugar like you find in a restaurant to serve as his phone.

I had my camera ready to catch a few photos of Jake in the car after trying on Mac's beannie....We were on our way to the Mills were he had fun running around.

MacKenzie is so happy to hear you are coming in April. We are trying

to arrange with Auntie Erin for Hannah to come

also while you are in town, so we all can go to

Knotts Berry Farm.

ONE OF THE FIRST WALKS I TOOK

After I got out of the hospital was a few days after my sister left to go home on 11/29.

I was still off balance but craving a walk - needing to get outside and be normal.

We took the kids up to the end of Carnelian where there is a bridle trail that goes

across to Beryl.

I decided that is where I wanted to walk. It wasn't on cement or asphalt, but wonderful

uneven dirt ground - like hiking on a trail.

The kids had fun and I was so glad to get out.

I had to hang on to Mike's arm the whole time or I would have tilted over.

Thank God that problem is fixed.
