MacKenzie - Here is your mom and dad

They stopped by to pick up some trimmers so I took pics of them for your blog.

I saw this in my picture file

And immediately thought this is what MacKenzie is going to look like. This was a picture on some wrapping paper that was on a rose bush plant that Cayden (family) gave me. I had taken a photo of the baby because she was so cute.

Uncle Ron, Aunt Erin and Hannah

Hannah is almost 8 months old in this picture. Photographed outside a restaurant in Arroyo Grande.

You will like Hannah as you grow up. She and Holly are your girl cousins and you will probably all get to play together at family gatherings.

Great Auntie L (Laura)

This is your great Auntie L and cousin Hannah. You will like Auntie L. She's funny and will make you laugh and she loves babies.

I will begin to put pics of all the family up when I have the time. So...if you have any pics you want put up just email me the picture. For those who might not have a scanner sometimes I just take a photo of the photo with my camera.

I will be putting MacKenzie's Great grandparents pictures up so it would be great if she had all of her great grandparents' pictures.

Each of my grandkids will have their own blog where they can go look at their movies (which I have some I am putting up at Cayden's) and pics as they get older. I need to work on a Holly and a Hunter blog too.

Mommy and Cayden

We stopped by your house to see what your daddy has been working on. Cayden wasn't in a very good mood. Usually your mommy can really calm him down when he's upset, but not this time. He had a melt down while shopping. You will probably learn all about melt downs. They just happen out of the blue.

Mommy is showing us your new crib and bedroom

You are going to have such a soft feminine looking bedroom. I think it fits you. Doesn't mommy look pretty here.

Again, these were taken last August at a wedding.

You'll see your mommy like this a lot in your life. And mommy will probably say ("Mackenzie, in a minute") quite a lot as you are growing up. This is what mommies do at times (daddy will do that too). They talk on the phone and say "Just a minute."

In fact, Gramma wrote a poem a long time ago entitled "Just a minute". I'll have to find it and post it with this picture some day. I would always say that to your daddy when he would try to get my attention when I was on the phone.

Hi Mackenzie

Your gramma was going through her pictures and found this one that I took of your mom last August. We had gone to a family wedding. I think she looks so pretty in this picture. I wanted to put it at your space here so someday you can see what she looked like, a few months before you came into being.
