Baking and decorating! She's almost back to her usual cheerful self today so she has kicked the sickness out the door.

It was night time and my flash wasn't working on one of my cameras. I'll need to take photos outside when she get dressed in this again. We won't be here on Halloween so I wanted to get a photo with the red wig on.

LAKE ARROWHEAD YESTERDAY

Fun mirrors. We took Mac and Cayden to Lake Arrowhead yesterday because Octoberfest was going on. The weather was great, food was good and the kids had fun. We all want to go back today but that would be too soon. Jake has been sick and now Mac is running a fever today.

I know I post a lot on Cayden's board and here. If I got to see my other grandkids more (Holly, Holden, Hunter, Cole and Chloe) I would be posting just as many photos on their sites. I love taking pictures of the grandkids, even if they aren't doing anything exciting.

After school she had on her cute new outfit, black jeans and this black and purple top which I loved, and we were sitting outside in back. I had, for the last couple weeks, brought up the "Nobody LIkes me Song" and although I could only remember the first stanza or so, she was asking me once again to teach it to her.


I had first used it with her and Cayden when they would complain that no one or the other one, didn't want to play with them. I told them that I had learned this song from my mother and now I could sing it to them.

I went looking on google for the whole poem. Here it is. I don't think I ever knew the whole thing.

It didn't cut and paste well, but I'm not going to edit it. Here are some versions though, as hard as it is to read and follow.
